Overview

Chris Hinojosa is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Chicago office. Chris has broad experience representing clients across several industries in civil litigation, government enforcement actions and internal investigations. He regularly advocates on behalf of his clients at all stages of litigation in federal and state courts. He also defends corporations and corporate executives in government investigations and other criminal and regulatory proceedings. Additionally, he conducts internal investigations and counsels clients on compliance programs, policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Chris practiced at an another international law firm and received his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Before law school, Chris taught elementary school on the west side of Chicago as a Teach For America corps member.
