Tam Ho is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Tam represents private equity funds and other investors, as well as developers and other sponsors on complex joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of interests in private and public companies, preferred equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions relating to the real estate industry.

Blue Owl in $3.4 billion joint venture with Crusoe Energy Systems LLC for the development of a 200 MW AI data center located in Texas and long-term leased to a Fortune 100 hyperscale tenant
TPG Real Estate on its joint venture with Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR), the largest global provider of cloud- and carrier-neutral data center, colocation and interconnection solutions, in which TPG acquired majority stake in three stabilized hyperscale data centers in Northern Virginia and the related financing thereof. The three hyperscale data centers were contributed to the joint venture at an aggregate value of $1.5 billion
Blue Owl in $711 million joint venture for development of a 60 MW AI/HPC data center located in Northern Virginia, leased to CoreWeave Inc.
