Jonathan M. Hoffman

Jonathan Hoffman is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group. Jonathan's practice focuses primarily on the formation, structuring and operation of private equity funds, management companies and co-investments. Jonathan’s experience also includes advising private investment fund sponsors, their principals and funds on complex commercial acquisitions, dispositions, take-privates, joint ventures and financings.
