Overview

Nathan Howe is an associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on representing private equity firms on the structuring, formation, negotiation and operation of private investment funds from first-time funds to funds generating over $1.5 billion, as well as advising their sponsors on the operational, legal and regulatory issues they face. In addition, Nathan counsels fund sponsors on internal economic and governance matters, including minority sale transactions and also advises fund sponsors on fund-related aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, co-investment arrangements and alternative investment structures.
