Mirela Hristova is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mirela has extensive experience in the structuring, negotiation and ongoing management of a variety of investment vehicles, with a primary focus on large- and mega-cap private equity funds. Mirela counsels sponsors with respect to every stage of a fund's lifecycle, and advises on a variety of capital-raising strategies as well as product and strategy expansion, co-investment programs, alternative investment structures, conflicts issues, regulatory and compliance issues, day-to-day fund investment activities and investor-facing matters.
