Overview

Amanda Jacobowski is a partner in the Firm’s Government, Regulatory and Internal Investigations and Litigation practice groups. Amanda’s practice focuses on helping companies address the complex issues that arise in highly-regulated industries by advising companies on internal investigations and compliance issues arising under corporate criminal laws and representing clients who are under investigation by criminal, civil or regulatory authorities. She also has experience in complex commercial litigation and antitrust and competition matters.

Amanda has extensive experience representing clients in matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and other government agencies. She conducts internal investigations around the world, including in Asia, Europe and North America. As an experienced civil litigator, Amanda defends clients in civil litigation and associated investigations that often run parallel with the criminal matters she handles.

Amanda also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on criminal justice and civil rights issues.
