Jeffrey Jacobsen is a trial-focused intellectual property associate in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jeffrey joined Kirkland directly after law school, then clerked for Chief Judge J. Rodney Gilstrap in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas for 13 months and then re-joined the Firm. Through these experiences, Jeffrey participated in 10 jury trials and one bench trial.
