Katy Kim is an investment funds partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Katy advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds, with a focus on private equity, special opportunity, infrastructure, secondary and credit funds. Katy also has experience of related carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements and secondary transactions, including minority stake acquisitions, preferred equity and debt financings, and seed investments.
