Overview

Kristin Kluding is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kristin represents public and private companies and investment funds in connection with securities/capital markets, general corporate and other transactional matters. Her practice is characterized by purposeful risk management, and a prioritized approach to protecting and strengthening business and financial health and reputation. Kristin regularly assists clients in connection with securities offerings, corporate governance, and regulatory and compliance matters, including Exchange Act reporting. She also actively applies extensive energy industry knowledge and acumen to assist clients with matters involving their interests and strategic operations.
