David B. Kobray

Since joining Kirkland, David has been involved in the following matters:

• Southwest Stage Funding (d/b/a Cascade Financial Services) in offerings of ABS backed by manufactured housing loans and other structured financings
• Wyndham Destinations in offerings of asset-backed securities secured by timeshare receivables
• John Deere Capital Corporation in the preparation and filing of a registration statement on Form SF-3, as well as multiple public ABS offerings of notes backed by equipment loan contracts
• Raisa Energy LLC in the issuance of $636 million of asset-backed securities secured by over 9,000 producing oil and gas wells across six states, as part of a master trust
• A private company in the issuance of over $100 million of asset-backed securities secured by operated producing oil and gas wells
• Companies on terms involved in factoring facilities for trade receivables and the provision of true sale opinions

Prior to joining Kirkland, David was involved in the following matters:

• Representing initial purchasers in several fleet lease term securitization platforms and related variable funding note transactions
• Multiple consumer solar loan warehouse transactions
• Establishing warehouse lines and ABS offerings for new credit card origination and servicing platforms
