Overview

Weng Keong Kok is a registered foreign lawyer in Kirkland & Ellis’ Hong Kong office and a member of the Firm’s Government, Regulatory & Internal Investigations Practice Group.

Weng’s practice focusses on regulatory and trade matters, particularly on anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, economic sanctions, and export controls. Prior to joining Kirkland, Weng Keong advised on and conducted investigations into potential violations of export control laws and sanctions programs. He also has experience counseling clients in a variety of industries including technology, financial institutions, apparel, and telecommunications.
