Miriam Kontoh is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Miriam’s practice focuses on litigation and counseling in the fields of copyright, trademark, internet/social media, right of publicity, art, trade secret and advertising law. She represents and advises clients in a range of industries, including entertainment, social media, film and technology.

Miriam also maintains an active pro bono practice. She represents nonprofit corporations and low-income individuals in a variety of intellectual property and immigration matters.
