Overview

Mike Kraft is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mike’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, where he has represented clients in high-stakes products liability, breach of contract, shareholder dispute, corporate restructuring, and employee whistleblower matters. In his role as a litigator, Mike has counseled corporations and individuals across a broad range of industries, including e-cigarettes, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, technology, accounting, engineering, and security, through their most critical business disputes. Mike also has experience conducting internal investigations relating to government enforcement actions.

Mike maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing primarily on animal rights issues.
