Radhika Kshatriya is a partner in the Investment Funds Group in Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s Los Angeles office. She counsels private fund sponsors on regulatory issues that arise during fundraises, SEC examinations, corporate transactions and ongoing operations. She has extensive experience with the application of federal and state securities laws to the asset management industry, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
