Overview

Kevin is an associate in the litigation team in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. He is experienced in litigating a wide range of complex, high-value and cross-border cases, including shareholder disputes, bond default and enforcement, professional negligence, jurisdictional disputes, insolvency and restructuring litigation, civil fraud and urgent asset preservation. He has represented private equity funds, hedge funds, listed companies, professional firms, financial institutions, state-owned enterprises and high-net-worth individuals.

Kevin is qualified in Hong Kong and England and Wales. He graduated with First Class Honours from Queens’ College, The University of Cambridge (LL.M., 2020) and First Class Honours from The University of Hong Kong (LL.B., 2015; BBA (Law), 2013).
