Yilong Liu is a debt finance associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Yilong participates in advising borrowers and private equity sponsors in a variety of financing transactions, including leveraged cross-border and domestic acquisition financings, first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, and other debt financing matters.
