Tim Long is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on the representation of sellers, buyers and market intermediaries in secondary transactions. He has extensive experience in leading transactions involving very large traditional portfolio sales, both as counsel to sellers and buyers, including several recent market-leading transactions. His experience also includes complex structured secondaries, stapled secondary offerings and other GP-led transactions.
