Overview

Having graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Hong Kong, Jack is a member of the litigation team in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. He advises clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including commercial disputes, negligence claims, intellectual property and data privacy infringements, as well as defamation lawsuits. He has been involved in both litigation and arbitration matters. The clients he has worked with span across private equity funds, multinational conglomerates, state-owned enterprises, statutory bodies, professional services firms and various other listed and private companies.

Jack also collaborates with the Firm’s Government & Internal Investigations Practice Group on investigations initiated by multinational clients and regulatory bodies across jurisdictions. He also has experience in advising clients on cross-border investments with respect to anti-corruption, international risks and compliance issues.
