Prior to joining Kirkland, George was involved in the following matters:

• Defended a semiconductor company against a multi-billion-dollar patent litigation campaign brought by a non-practicing entity across several federal district courts.  
• Defended a telecommunications company against a multi-patent suit covering VoIP and customer troubleshooting technologies, among others.
• Defended a technology company against a four-patent Section 337 investigation before the International Trade Commission covering various 5G technologies, including data encryption.
• Defended a semiconductor company against a Section 337 investigation brought by a non-practicing entity concerning a patent covering semiconductor design.
• Represented a semiconductor company in a Section 337 investigation brought to halt infringement of five patents relating to Wi-Fi Front End Modules.
