Antonia Marino is an associate in the Investment Funds Team in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Antonia represents sponsors and institutional investors in relation to the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds with a focus on real assets, including infrastructure, transportation and real estate. She has experience advising on a variety of commingled and fund-like structures, including funds-of-one, separate managed accounts, co-investments and joint ventures.
