Successfully defended beverage producer in arbitration against packaging manufacturer in a contract dispute and obtained an award of attorney's fees.
Represented environmental cleanup company in breach of contract dispute of more than $60 million.
Represented municipality in federal court in environmental contribution dispute against railroad company.
Defended car distributor in a personal injury and products liability lawsuit.
Represented government entity against $300 million claim brought by general contractor in a construction dispute over delay costs.
Represented retail company in construction dispute with general contractor related to defective improvements of client's retail store and secured settlement favorable to client.
Represented retail company against a vendor's claims for breach of contract resulting from COVID-19 and secured settlement favorable to client.
Represented multiple tech companies responding to third-party subpoenas received nationwide.
Frequently defended Medicaid managed care organization in administrative appeals of medical coverage denials.
