Mattwaoshshe v. NextEra Energy — Obtained denial of a temporary restraining order and complete dismissal of a putative class action alleging negligence and nuisance in the construction of a renewable energy project.

Gutierrez v. Amplify Energy — Successfully resolved civil proceedings arising from an oil spill off the coast of Southern California as counsel for Amplify.
