Overview

Matt McIntee is a partner in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group with a practice that focuses on patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation litigation. Matt has experience at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit diligence to trial, and has worked on technologies ranging from beer kegs to stacked integrated circuits. Matt has litigated cases in venues across the U.S., including over a dozen Section 337 litigations before the International Trade Commission. He has significant experience developing cases during fact and expert discovery to position clients for victories at settlement, summary judgment and trial. He has represented multiple clients facing co-pending foreign litigations and helped craft litigation strategies that drive success for his clients in all venues.

Prior to joining the Firm, Matt was an electrical engineer in the United States Navy stationed at Quantico and the National Maritime Intelligence Center, among other locations.
