Mallory McKenzie is an employment and labor associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mallory primarily practices transactional employment and labor law by assisting clients on national and international corporate transactions, counseling clients on post-acquisition and restructuring-related issues, and negotiating and drafting complex employment-related agreements.
