Max Melion

Max Melion is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He is part of Kirkland’s Merger & Acquisitions Clearance Group, where he focuses on mergers and other transactions before the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC), with an emphasis on filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Antitrust Improvement Act.
