David Melvin is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
David represents and advises sponsors with respect to all aspects of the establishment, structuring, fundraising and operation of alternative investment funds, with a primary focus on credit, infrastructure, private equity and secondary funds.
David also has experience of related co-investment and other incentive arrangements, secondary transactions and regulated funds.
