Overview
Camilo Mesa is an associate in the Technology & Intellectual Property Transactions Practice Group in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Camilo advises clients on the intellectual property and technology aspects of corporate transactions, including carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, and restructuring and debt financing transactions. In addition, his practice focuses on issues relating to data privacy, strategic commercial contracting, services agreements, cloud services contracting, licensing of intellectual property and software, and other technology transactions across a range of industries.
