Overview

Jordan Metoyer is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jordan has experience in a broad array of high stakes matters, including M&A litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring litigation, shareholder derivative lawsuits and other complex commercial disputes. Jordan has also advised companies and their directors and officers on litigation risks involved in M&A and liability management transactions.

Before joining Kirkland, Jordan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Jordan has previously worked for public-, private- and social-sector institutions in Washington, D.C., Beijing, Hong Kong and Dubai.
