Overview

Liza Miadzvedskaya is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where she focuses her practice on structuring, negotiating and forming real estate, credit, buyout and other private equity funds and their management companies, including open-end and closed-end investment funds. In addition, she provides fund-level advice on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, investor relations, regulatory compliance, restructurings and other corporate transactions.
