Overview

Mary Miller is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex trial and appellate litigation in the federal and state courts, including matters involving contract disputes, fraud, and misappropriation of trade secrets. In 2022, Mary first chaired a six-day jury trial in federal court to successful verdict. Mary previously served as a law clerk to Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. of the Supreme Court of the United States, Chief Judge Priscilla Richman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and Judge Richard J. Leon of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
