A.J. Million is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. A.J. has extensive experience in all types of public and private capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and high-yield and investment grade debt offerings. He also represents clients regarding a broad range of general corporate and securities laws matters, including corporate governance, Exchange Act periodic reporting and disclosure issues, Section 16 reporting, stock exchange listing requirements and securities transfer issues. Additionally, A.J. has experience representing private equity sponsors and other companies in SPAC transactions, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings.
