Nicole Mitchell is an investment funds partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP, supporting the global real assets funds team with strategy, operations and market awareness.
Nicole has extensive experience in the real estate investment management industry, gained from advising sponsors on the structuring, formation and operation of private real assets funds within private practice at leading law firms, and senior legal and commercial roles at leading real asset investment managers.
She supports the real assets funds team in strategic business development, thought leadership in relation to structuring, terms, legal and regulatory frameworks and market trends and engagement with industry bodies, with a focus on ensuring that the Firm’s service offering is best in class and closely aligned to the evolving needs of its real assets client base. Nicole also assists in cross practice and geographic strategic operations, applying technological solutions to the practice area and in the development of data driven market insights.
Nicole is presently serving as a member of the Operational Real Estate Committee of the European Association for Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV).
