Ryan Moorman, P.C.
Overview
Ryan Moorman is a litigation partner and trial lawyer in Kirkland’s Chicago office. Ryan represents both plaintiffs and defendants across a diverse range of industries in high stakes trials and complex disputes.
Most recently, Ryan secured a complete victory that resulted in nine-figure plaintiff-side arbitration award plus attorneys’ fees as the lead trial lawyer for a major pharmaceutical company. This award came after Ryan and his team achieved a separate victory on behalf of a leading agrichemical company vindicating its rights in a joint venture worth hundreds of millions of dollars and a defense-side jury verdict on behalf of a Bristol-Myers Squibb subsidiary in a billion-dollar trade secret case. In addition to his trial work, Ryan currently represents clients in large complex cases, including multidistrict litigations.
Ryan received his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he graduated first in his class. Before joining Kirkland, Ryan clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit for the Honorable Joel M. Flaum and on the Northern District of Illinois for the Honorable Gary Feinerman.
