James recently joined from Linklaters LLP where he had a broad corporate, finance and structuring tax practice. With over 20 years experience in the industry, and having spent time in a structuring team at Lloyds Bank throughout the financial crisis, James’ experience further bolsters Kirkland’s top tier tax team and market leading European restructuring practice.
