Overview

Geraldine Nash is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Geraldine's practice focuses on advising sponsors in connection with fund formation, capital raising and operation of private investment funds within a broad range of strategies and industries, including real estate, infrastructure, credit and technology. Geraldine has handled fund formation matters ranging from first-time funds to funds raising over $24 billion.
