Hugh Oliver is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Hugh advises and represents clients with respect to structuring, negotiating and documenting complex business transactions in the private funds market, focusing on continuation fund transactions and the structuring and execution of other secondary transactions and liquidity solutions.
Hugh also advises clients in relation to the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds, including with respect to carried interest and other internal sponsor arrangements related to such funds.
