Overview

Heloise O'Malley is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm's Liquidity Solutions Team. Heloise's practice focuses on advising sponsors and investors in an array of fund transactions on the secondary market, including LP secondary trades, single- and multi-asset continuation fund transactions, preferred equity financings and fund restructurings.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Heloise was the Co-Head of the Investment Structuring Team at Pantheon Ventures, where she worked on numerous private equity and private credit secondary and co-investment transactions and assisted in the launching of new fund products. Before that Heloise was an associate at Hogan Lovells in the corporate transactions group based in London.
