Overview

Cheyenne Overall is an associate in Kirkland's Global Environmental Transactional Practice Group in the Firm's Bay Area office. She counsels private equity firms, public and private companies, financial institutions, and strategic clients on a broad spectrum of environmental issues including environmental liabilities and the allocation and/or mitigation of environmental risks primarily in the context of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions and renewable energy projects. She counsels clients across an array of industries, including energy exploration and transmission, real estate development, technology, transportation and logistics, healthcare, agriculture, environmental and restoration services, and the manufacturing and/or distribution of chemicals, food products, pharmaceuticals, and plastics.

Cheyenne negotiates purchase, lease, and credit agreements, conducts environmental due diligence, retains and manages technical experts, and negotiates environmental insurance coverage.
