Domenico Pietromonaco is an associate based in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises clients on corporate transactions and business practices involving complex antitrust regulatory considerations, as well as merger reviews and civil investigations before the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Domenico has experience representing clients across a diverse range of industries including technology, media and entertainment, sports, consumer products, financial services, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and industrial, and transportation.
