Jessica represents and counsels owners and investors in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States and internationally. Jessica has extensive experience representing real estate clients in nearly every aspect of commercial real estate development, including the formation of joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and financings.
