Shandy Pinkowski is a corporate partner in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice includes advising both first-time and established fund sponsors on the formation, structuring and operation on a broad range of investment funds, including real estate, venture capital, evergreen and co-invest funds. Shandy also counsels fund sponsors on various internal economic and governance matters, including employee departures and strategic transactions.
Shandy has experience advising fund sponsors on fund-related aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, co-investment arrangements and alternative investment structures.
Shandy has advised on complex, GP-led secondary transactions.
