Overview

Mike Pronin is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mike's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal courts, state courts and arbitrations across the country. He has experience representing clients in matters involving contract disputes, real estate disputes, shareholder disputes, tort claims, disputes between governmental entities, labor and employment issues, fraud claims and government-facing litigation and investigations. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
