Henry Pruitt is a corporate partner in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Henry concentrates his practice on corporate and securities law, representing companies in a wide range of corporate matters. He has extensive experience in capital markets transactions and has represented issuers, underwriters and other parties in a variety of public and private offerings of both equity and debt securities. In addition, he regularly advises on securities law issues and provides ongoing advice to both public and private companies on general corporate compliance, SEC reporting and governance issues. He also advises early- to late-stage startup companies on a variety of transactions. This includes the formation of startup companies, venture capital and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate and commercial transactions in both domestic and international marketplaces.
