Overview

Jenny Quang is an IP litigation associate in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jenny’s practice focuses on patent disputes and trade secret misappropriation. Her work spans diverse technologies, including continuous glucose monitors, fleet telematics, lithium-ion batteries and autonomous vehicles. She is experienced in various stages of litigation, including pre-filing investigation, fact discovery, expert discovery, motion practice, jury trial and post-trial briefing.

Jenny is also involved in pro bono work, with an active matter under the Federal Tort Claims Act seeking redress for harm caused by the federal government’s family separation policy.
