Overview

Claire Rosa is an investment funds partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP advising on ERISA matters. Claire advises fund sponsors and managers on regulatory matters of critical importance arising in connection with the investment of pension plan assets, including the structuring and operational considerations of private equity funds and other investment vehicles intending to qualify as VCOCs or REOCs or relying on other exemptions issued under the plan asset regulations, and navigating ERISA’s fiduciary and prohibited transaction rules.
