Overview

Jason Roskom is a litigation associate in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including antitrust, competition, commercial, securities and other trial- and appellate-level disputes. Jason works with clients across a variety of industries, including both private and public companies. He maintains an active pro bono practice that includes authoring amicus briefs focused on constitutional and criminal justice issues.

During law school, Jason interned for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the Solicitor's Office of the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior to law school, Jason was a legislative intern for former U.S. Senator Russell D. Feingold. He also worked at both large and boutique law firms on the East Coast and in the Midwest.
