• Represented Thomas H. Lee Partners and Genstar Capital-backed AmeriLife Group in its acquisition of Crump Life Insurance Services, a provider and distributor of life insurance and retirement products, from TIH Insurance Holdings.
• Represented McCarthy Capital in its investment in Omaha Steaks, a distributor of beef and other gourmet foods.
