Laurence Sappa Cohen is a debt finance associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Laurence focuses on fund finance and advises on a variety of products, including capital call lines, NAV facilities, hybrids and GP support facilities. His experience covers cross-border bilateral and syndicated financings for a number of fund-types, as well as structures involving ultra-high net worth individuals.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Laurence worked in the fund finance practice of a US firm in London, which included a six-month secondment to the fund solutions team of a bank.
