- Thoma Bravo, LLC in the formation of a co-investment fund for its $8 billion acquisition of Coupa Software Inc.
Select Secondaries
- A leading middle-market private equity firm in the recapitalization of its portfolio company, an insurance firm, and the formation of a continuation fund capitalized by secondary market participants and reinvesting limited partners.
- Madison Dearborn Partners on the closing of a three-asset continuation fund sized at approximately $2.2 billion.
