Friedrich Schlott is a restructuring partner in the Frankfurt office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Friedrich has longstanding experience in restructuring, insolvency-related corporate law and insolvency law. He focuses on both in-court and out-of-court restructurings and advises companies, directors and stakeholders across the capital structure on all types of insolvency and restructuring-related (cross-border) aspects of debt and equity transactions.
